Shipping & Delivery Times
Lovely to have you here. đ Every Roomberry piece is handcrafted in our workshop in Heidelberg â it is made only after you order it. That is why it takes a few days until your parcel arrives. Here is everything you need to know about shipping and delivery.
Where we ship
We ship to Germany, Austria and most EU countries. Simply enter your address at checkout â if your country is not listed, send us a short message and we will find a solution.
Shipping costs
- Germany: âŹ5.49 â free shipping from âŹ99 order value
- Austria: âŹ5.49 â free shipping from âŹ99 order value
- Other EU countries: âŹ12.90 â free shipping from âŹ99 order value
If your cart stays below the free-shipping threshold, the shipping costs are shown transparently at checkout. No surprises.
Delivery times
Because every piece is made after your order, the delivery time includes both production and shipping. So that you can plan, we state the total time to your door (Germany):
- All products (including design lampshades): with you in 4â8 business days â production 2â5 business days, DHL shipping 2â3 business days
- Austria and other EU countries: please allow about 2 additional business days
If you order several pieces, the delivery time follows the piece that takes longest â we ship everything together. You will receive a tracking number by e-mail as soon as your parcel is on its way.
Several Roomberry pieces = one parcel
If you order several of our handcrafted pieces, we pack them in one parcel â better for the environment and twice as nice to unbox. If that is not possible for once (for example if one piece stays in production longer), we will let you know in advance.
Carrier
We ship with DHL. Within Germany your parcel is usually delivered to your door; you can also choose a Packstation or post office. In other EU countries DHL hands your parcel to the local delivery service.
If something is not right
If your parcel arrived damaged, something is missing or it is simply not what you expected â tell us right away. Our workshop lives on you being happy in the end.
